Well known as BILLY BANE
A young remarkable music genius that was born in the west of Pretoria. His full names are Rorisang Stevens Makena and his music career started back in 2018 along side Holy Baps (Kutlwano Bapela) the first to ever write Billy Banes first verses. Bane was only 13 years old when he started making real recorded music, but he came a long way with singing and participating in school choirs and sometimes singing at church. His first street hit song was “From the Gutter” that was released on soundcloud back in the days and it was followed by another street hit song called “Do Or Die”, this was 2021/2022.
Bane now has a couple of hit singles out now, called “The Man Above”, “REACH ft JinxMash”, “Life is a Gamble”. JinxMash & Senaa Beats are Banes day to day producers.
Bane later worked with TSOTSI (Presley Chweneyagae) for the background music of the Cobrizi TV show that launched in 2025. Bane is now working with Tkay 10Staxx & Jay Jody (B3nchMarQ) with the help of Testeezy. Bane now has a partner that turned into a brother called 2year$ ( Gosiame Huma). Bane is now under Overeality records
