Billy Buono

With his classic rock background beginning his journey in music, now being mixed with jazz and soul, Billy Buono is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter striving to create new sounds by blending his favorite genres together. At age 17, he wrote and recorded his first two albums, <a href="spotify:album:1X0D093xJbDdJfUJcleFAR" data-name="Staged">Staged</a> and <a href="spotify:track:0LLuPIT3XrAw6WtEXh9wU5" data-name="Me, Myself, I, and I">Me, Myself, I, and I</a> over the duration of the first two years of quarantine.
In 2021 he started working with the amazing SUNY Purchase artist, <a href="spotify:artist:2Nwxuw2nIOTJT28kvOYf7c" data-name="Oskar Trotta">Oskar Trotta</a>, eventually co-founding <a href="spotify:artist:4uEyMfWOaORIrbSxHARkQ7" data-name="Old Country Landscaping">Old Country Landscaping</a>. With the combination of their unique sounds, they released their debut EP <a href="spotify:album:2Wv0ZtkVuCDJP2Aj8FU3J3" data-name="Lawn School">Lawn School</a> in 2022. In addition, they also produced the <a href="spotify:artist:4XHPRghpROmeSfmUcuMF6q" data-name="Wolfgang Wild">Wolfgang Wild</a> track <a href="spotify:album:0UMmK15Q6UPd3xddUz7VKK" data-name="Worm Juice">Worm Juice</a>.
Currently Billy is striving to expand his musical vocabulary by studying jazz piano, leaving his musical comfort zone, and playing with many different musicians to create and produce new music.
