Billy Hayes is an American multi-instrumentalist and producer known for his guitar and production work in styles such as prog-rock, ambient techno and IDM in the 1990s and throughout the 2000s. He is also the co-founder of The White Light Society and No One As Important As You.
Initially releasing music under aliases The White Light Society and Danger Diabolic, Billy first received acclaim for his early shows in Austin, Texas. He now releases music under his own name from a mountain hideout.
