Hailing from Southwest Philadelphia, <a href="spotify:artist:6FlyA8Z6LJFRYJCzpVC9kF" data-name="Blac Papi">Blac Papi</a> has quickly become the voice of the city. Coming up in Philly, Papi had a few run ins with the law, resulting in prison time. Since returning home in 2016, Blac Papi has had great success transitioning into a musician. Touring with Cam helped Papi gain the people’s attention. With support from Spotify, along co-signs from HotNewHipHop & <a href="spotify:artist:2Jwr7hGoSNK3S3QBxh3T0z" data-name="Freeway">Freeway</a> Papi has become the hottest emerging artist in the Tri State area.
