Formed in 2022 in the city of Campinas, SP, Brazil, Black Djamba emerged from the post-pandemic rubble. Composed by Pedro Mantovani on vocals, Pedro Oliveira (PH) and Arthur Custódio on guitars, Matheus Daldon on bass and Yuri Dimov on drums, Black Djamba is driven by a fusion of musical influences that shape its sound.
Inspired by metal legends such as Sepultura, Pantera and Black Sabbath, the band incorporates elements of death, groove, stoner and other metal subgenres. This explosive mixture of styles is enriched by the great influence of several brazilian bands presented by Canal Scena in recent years, all of them becoming a huge reference for Black Djamba.
With heavy and striking riffs, intense vocals and a distinct musical approach, Black Djamba seeks to find its space and identity with a balance between aggressiveness and melody.
