Blackswan was formed in September 2014 under the auspices of one of the UKMs of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang namely, Ikabama with personnel consisting of Achtafian Kevin Arighi (vocals), Deryl Septianto (Guitar + Clean Vocals), Ninis Agung Wahyu Prayoga (Guitar), Wisnu Bragas Dika (Bass), Nida al Kholil (Drum). The band carries the metalcore genre and also brings a one-finger metal theme
