Blake Wolf is a Los Angeles native. Born in Pasadena, he spent much of his youth listening to records being played at his house by his mom and brother and playing whatever instrument he could get his hands on. He was heavily influenced by rap early on in his life, listening to artists like Nas and JAY-Z, before turning to punk and metal in his teenage years.
Blake Wolf officially started his music journey in 2018 when he created a band with co-workers at a grocery store that he worked at. As they couldn't find a singer, Blake and his bassist decided to pick it up. They played a few gigs and even created an unreleased EP. After some creative differences, the band broke up. Blake spent time honing his songwriting and working on his production in the aftermath.
