Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Ant Ward (Vocals/Guitar) & G Ward “G-Force” (Drums) form the metal duo that is Bleeding Afterglow. They spawned it out of a desire to jam at home without having to learn other band’s songs. Ant and G-Force have played in many bands over the years and were both on the debut album by local legends Just One Fix, which is how they got to “know each other”.
Their songs perfectly combine their lifelong love of metal and their insanely intense, earth shattering, deep rooted love for each other. Influenced by bands such as Iron Maiden, Stuck Mojo, Pantera, Texas Hippie Coalition, Cavalera Conspiracy, Megadeth, White Zombie, Clawfinger and 80’s metal, Bleeding Afterglow’s debut album will be out in 2022!
