Bleeding Edge is a music project from vocalist/songwriter Carl Fulli located in the greater Sacramento region of Northern California. Blending the sounds of 1980’s Thrash with 1990’s Death Metal and infusing them with a modern sound, Bleeding Edge is moving towards the future of thrash/death metal while having a firm grip of history.
The first release from his project is the four song EP titled, “The Devils Door.” Starting off with the thrash inspired heaviness and speed of “Killing Mind,” and moving on to the title track with its solid groove of heavy metal riffing this is EP for the fans of classic thrash and death metal. From there, third track “Frostbite” takes the listener back down the path of speed and ferocity with fast rhythms and solos along with mid paced energetic mayhem. Finishing the EP is the epic syncopated heaviness that is “Cold Dead Hands.” For fans of old school Slayer, Metallica ,Bay Area Thrash and Death Metal.
