Bleu Levees, the stage name of multi-award-winning Hip Hop artist and accomplished songwriter Michael Royal, was born in the vibrant musical heart of New Orleans but found his artistic voice in Memphis, Tennessee, after enduring the displacement caused by Hurricane Katrina.
