After eleven years of hatred, frustration and dysfunction, Bloodlands has called it quits. As a final release the Finnish band presents ”Hostile”, their second full length. For more than a decade, the group has perfected their blend of metallic hardcore fused with death metal. With ”Hostile”, released on November 1, 2023, Bloodlands ends on a high note. More brutality, more aggression, more negativity.
Originally intended for release through 10-54 Records, the album was independently released by the band following their disbandment, both in digital format and through a very limited CD pressing. On Friday the 13th of September 2024, Finnish label Iron Corpse, notorious for its filthy underground releases, unleashed a limited bloodbag cassette edition of ”Hostile”.
