BLOSSOME!

BLOSSOME! Is a Japanese-influenced Alternative rock band formed within the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the early months of 2021. The band consists of Vocalist and Bassist Caleb, Guitarists Aiman and A.J, and Drummer Kabir.

The band was dreamt up by Aiman during his high school years when he used to compose songs on his laptop. When quarantine hit during the pandemic, they turned to online music groups to socialize and improve their skills. Through collaborations, trials, and tribulations, they found the missing puzzle pieces of their band within AJ, Caleb, and Kabir. When quarantine ended, they gathered their gear, rented a homestay, and jammed until the sun rose, visualizing the beginning of BLOSSOME’s debut conceptual album.

Influenced by a wide variety of genres, including J-Pop, Punk, Funk, Metal, R&B, and Japanese Jazz music, BLOSSOME! aims to create a signature sound that stands proudly out of the boundaries of Malaysia’s music. They aim to make musical waves, locally and overseas, hoping to one day have crowds sing along to melodies crafted within their bedrooms.
