BLOU is the brainchild of Nashville-based producers/artists Reed Berin and Louis Johnson. BLOU was designed to be a calling card for Johnson and Berin’s unique pop production, as well as an escape from the Nashville tradition of 9-5 — cowrites and blissful Americana. The bands first EP, Little Wire, featured Nashville writer and vocalist, Rikki Randall who officially joined the group with the release of the follow up, Power EP. The product is futuristic and energetic while keeping a minor, brooding tone lingering just below the surface.
