"blue intended" is the german musician Kolja Briesen.
The project was founded in 2023. After a handful of live performances, the live album "i must be out of my mind" was released later that year. The whole album was recorded at Glockenbachwerkstatt in Munich, where blue intended played as pre-act for Munich-based Indie-Pop Band <a href="spotify:artist:1y2jKDt9zeJy23pCSo0wNW" data-name="DaWarWas">DaWarWas</a>
"blue intended" made a comeback with the song "In The U.S.A." in 2025 and is set to release new songs.
At 16 years old Briesen co-founded the Band <a href="spotify:artist:40VNPRMrgIfTjfIeGouRER" data-name="15 Steps Closer">15 Steps Closer</a>. In 2025 he started the Regensburg based Band <a href="spotify:artist:5jI1XLh9IkAr6QpKlV718z" data-name="Greenhouse Utopia">Greenhouse Utopia</a> as singer and rhytm guitarist with 3 other musicians.
Briesen has also played as a substitute guitarist/bassist for bands <a href="spotify:artist:3Wvzb4bf30jAc6Gl6OTYNe" data-name="June Calls">June Calls</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4YNbbLvbdp3dMhJALPppID" data-name="Midnight Poets Club">Midnight Poets Club</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2ST4A5YemV9hlr5hzEzuqM" data-name="CORE">CORE</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1INLgSFhVM6BxGYGjnANyg" data-name="IRIS">IRIS</a>, WETBRIKK and more.
