Blue Montague is a Canadian indie-rock band from Toronto, Ontario formed in June of 2022. The band is comprised of members Josh Palermo (Guitar & Vocals), Karl Harrison (Guitar), Miles Johnson (Drums), Kyle McLeod (Bass Guitar) and Tony Wang (Piano). The group’s sound is indicative of Garage Rock and Indie Rock, drawing inspiration from acts like Jack White and The Arctic Monkeys. The band takes additional influence from the diverse musical background of each member, melding together to create a unique, distinct, and captivating sound.
Since the group’s formation, Blue Montague has been consistently performing around Toronto & the GTA, capturing audiences across Ontario. When not performing, the band is writing and recording, with new music always in the works. In October 2023, Blue Montague released their first ever single, "Heart Like No Other", and have just recently released their debut EP "Freshman Year" this May.
