hi.. I’m Blue Reigns (born Dylan Roulette) I am nineteen years old, I began writing my own songs almost five years ago, but I have always been interested in music and all of what it means and sounds like!
i remember that between the ages of about nine or ten years old until I was about thirteen years old, that I was singing outside for hours, for all of my neighbours to hear me.
that’s probably around the time, I knew that I wanted to become both a singer/songwriter.
and while it took me awhile to write music that actually resonated with me. I did love to write the songs that gave off a more upbeat sound to them… and about two years after I started writing, is about the time that I started to write sadder songs that actually resonated with me a lot more…probably because I was older and going through emotions that nobody could help me with… which is why I turned to writing songs that really shows me healing.
