Blynx Picasso, an articulate storyteller born and raised in South London. Blynx’s mission is to create music which is influenced by his surroundings but with a positive twist – spreading positivity and awareness – which in today’s society with so much negativity is much needed.
Blynx grew up with a diverse mix of music and culture which included soulful Motown, old school jazz and blues.
It wasn’t until Blynx started watching spoken word performances within his local area did he begin writing. This quickly grew from a hobby to using writing as an escapism from his surroundings and following a visit to a recording studio, this love for writing transitioned into rap & music.
Blynx’s love for music is not just focused on rap, he is able to fluidly transition between genres such as Spoken Words, Hip Hop and R&B which will be evident from listening to his ever-expanding catalogue.
