Bomarr

Bomarr is a multi-talented artist who grew up in New Hampshire. He honed his skills in the Bay Area before moving to New York's East Village, starting a family, and then moving back West, now residing in Long Beach, CA.

Bomarr began playing drums at the age of 7 and has since built a diverse portfolio of skills and experience in the music industry. He has worked as a radio DJ, record store worker, and at record labels, digital music distributors, and physical music distributors. He has also remixed bands like <a href="spotify:artist:5xeBMeW0YzWIXSVzAxhM8O" data-name="of Montreal">of Montreal</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:2Jv5eshHtLycR6R8KQCdc4" data-name="Grizzly Bear">Grizzly Bear</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:3UJ7FiA36jA9YVDVP78i1v" data-name="Soviet">Soviet</a>, and is 1/3rd of the anticon weirdo synth rap group <a href="spotify:artist:6hk8VdtnPVIhGZTDqklWy1" data-name="Restiform Bodies">Restiform Bodies</a> with <a href="spotify:artist:2Zd0DF8gI7I91Fveo44nww" data-name="Passage">Passage</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:54rgTcO3h6o36FJNBurH99" data-name="Telephone Jim Jesus">Telephone Jim Jesus</a>. The group formed in the late 1990s and quickly made a name for themselves in the underground music scene, touring the world and sharing the stage with acts like <a href="spotify:artist:4kwxTgCKMipBKhSnEstNKj" data-name="Animal Collective">Animal Collective</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3kjuyTCjPG1WMFCiyc5IuB" data-name="Arcade Fire">Arcade Fire</a>.

In addition to his work with <a href="spotify:artist:6hk8VdtnPVIhGZTDqklWy1" data-name="Restiform Bodies">Restiform Bodies</a> and his solo work, he is also half of the improv duo Bat Rays. As a DJ and compilation curator, Bomarr has been able to showcase his eclectic taste in music and his ability to bring together different sounds and styles.

Bomarr is also known for his work as a video collage artist and visual artist. He is also an oddball Christmas aficionado, having released 13&#43; volumes of Wild Xmas with Bomarr compilations.
