Formed in late 2021, Bong Coffin is a 5-piece Doom Metal band from Adelaide, South Australia that aims to get heads banging with a sense of the impending apocalypse. Writing riff-laden tunes inspired by fantasy and science fiction themes in the best tradition of Black Sabbath, Sleep and Conan, Bong Coffin has already amassed a collection of self-produced digital releases and a physical release on cassette through Doomshire. Songwriter/vocalist Michael Done has enlisted former bandmates from Arrows Against Lightning and long-time allies from Sloven to bring the music to life. Bong Coffin is sure to keep your head banging as the end comes crashing down.

Bong Coffin's released its debut album of riff-worshipping Doom Metal, "The End Beyond Doubt", to the approving masses on March 3rd 2023. In April 2023, the band played at the yearly gathering of the Australian Doom Metal scene in Canberra for Sun Burn 4.
