A brand new EP from Barcelona Latin Soulers, Boogalizer.
Following on from their EP "Ara Mateix!" (Temps Records, 2020) and the singles of 2021, Boogalizer has come up with five more gems, released as the EP "Urquinaona". (Temps Record 2024).
These musicians are on a roll. They’ve set the groove as a juicy mix of latin based dance genres mixed with a soul mentality, and now they’re running with it. Each song offers a surprising new take on a sound which is already known and already loved. Their cover of Owner of a Lonely Heart by 80's prog rock band Yes only goes to prove the point further.

2023 saw the incorporation of Odette Telleria (founder of the cuban a capella quartet, Gema4) and percusionist/pianist, Ori Martinez (Tromboranga). The new EP "Urquinaona" projected for Spring 2024 will showcase this new lineup.
