Boreworm

Formed near Detroit in 2014 by guitarist Michael Bielenda (ex-<a href="spotify:artist:4rPhtljpclpGnrL9lGbweG" data-name="The Yellow Sign">The Yellow Sign</a> ) and focused on the brutal atmosphere of cosmic horror, BOREWORM paints an aggressive, yet hauntingly melodic, musical soundscape. The band&#39;s music weaves its apocalyptic storyline through a modern death metal exoskeleton.

Persevering through various strife and personnel changes, the Michigan death unit once again erupts from its chrysalis with a new form. Following their second release, Entomophobia, with former <a href="spotify:artist:7nCgNmfYJcsVy3vOOzExYS" data-name="The Contortionist">The Contortionist</a> frontman David Hoffman, the band welcomed original vocalist Nathan Wittock back into the hive in 2019 to resume the unique prophetic thematic vision forged on BOREWORM&#39;s debut album The Black Path, and with Kyle Wagner of <a href="spotify:artist:1jNWW6MlzkH9i6y24hDntp" data-name="Nethergate">Nethergate</a> joining the band on percussion released The Crawling Gate in 2025 to signal the coming of an altogether new beast on the horizon.

The evolution continues as the band is currently writing and recording the next chapters in the BOREWORM narrative.
