Boundaries consist of four friends from Denmark: Jacob Brøndlund, Emil Sylvester Jakobsen, Morten Brock Danielsen and Mads Gustav Grene. The band was created through a strong mutual love for post-punk and noise rock. Their music is a confrontation of Danish “hygge” culture with music and lyrics that seek the bleak aspects of human existence. They are in charge of the whole process of recording, producing and mixing their own music to create an uncompromising sound. The first song was released in 2017. In 2018, the band followed up with their self-titled debut EP: six songs full of dark moods, monotonously pulsating beats and jagged guitar.
