BOY FIGHTS BEAR is a NC-based rock band hailing from the southeastern Cape Fear. “Everyone&Everything” is the flagship debut single from singer/guitarist Ryan Kazantzis, producer Aaron Gillespie (Underoath/The Almost), and post-production mastering from Rob Richards Mastering (Nashville, TN).
Newly released single, “1959”, is a stark contrast to the first release last year. It’s an intimate and vulnerable glimpse at singer/songwriter Ryan Kazantzis. “1959” is a song originally written for his father following the passing of his mother in June 2024. Not initially intended for release, Ryan decided to share it publicly this year as a celebration of his mother’s life. The track showcases that you don’t always need a fancy studio and large budget to share art with the world.
