Branic Benzie

Artist Branic Benzie is a music consultant, song writer, song arranger, Instrumentalist, performing and recording artist. He was born Kalibwani Ibrahim Branic, and started his music career as a child, singing in the school and church choir.
In 2010, Branic started recording gospel tracks and performed at YMCA concert. He has worked with artists like Eddy Kenzo, David Lutalo and written songs like Ntununsi by Angella Kalule, Hug and Salute by Mary Bata, Ekimyula by Stabua Natolo, Mukyakazeko by Chris Wajedi, Abayaye Bakiriza by Willy Mukabya among others. Producers he has worked with include Renix, Nessim, Baur, Dr.Tee and Crouch.
Branic Benzie won the UPRS Friends Awards 2016, Song writer of the Year WC awards in 2018, and was the Central Region Representative of the UPRS for three years 2018-2021. Branic has been the vocal trainer for ‘New Eagles’ cream production from start to 2018/19 and has worked with BBS TV, Bukedde TV, and composed the YMCA and Njaza Clan Anthems. Branic was dubbed with title ‘Song Master’ during the Kasengejje Program on Bukedde TV.
His songs include Simanyi, Kaweerege, Opalala, Omenibamba, Love Cure, Lwaki Onyonona, and new music such as Guri Bunayila, Nayima, Angel, Tudingane, Tude Kunono and Abortion. Artists Branic would like to work with include Daddy Andre, Nina Roz, B2C, Dr. Jose Chameleon, Diamond Platnumz, Harmonize among others.
