Brett Eclectic is an artist, producer, self-taught musician, singer, songwriter, DJ & founder/creative director of Sneer Records based in Atlanta, GA.
He creates various forms of music including, but not limited to, Electronica, Hip-Hop, House, Ambient, Trip Hop, Alt R&B, Electro Soul & a plethora of Funk. Sometimes all in one cut, but always with his distinct, eclectic take on it that creates his signature sound that he calls 'Vibe Wave'.
As a prolific creator who continuously releases music as himself & under various aliases, he’s collaborated with Zackey Force Funk, DADPNTS, Teddy Mike, CX Kidtronix, Kali Boog, The Lasso, The Broady Champs, BusCrates, Meko of Moblife Music, High Park Funk & 1 of his music heroes, Jesse Johnson of D’Angelo & the Vanguard & formerly The Time and others.
His music has been featured on the playlists & radio shows of Dām-Funk, XL Middleton, Moniquea, High Park Funk, John Parm, Voyage Funktastique & Snoop Dogg's Cadillacc Music radio station.
As a selector/DJ he's shared the bill with Questlove, Madlib, Peanut Butter Wolf & DJ Lord, held multiple multi year club residencies (including a close to 5 year stint at Atlanta's premier underground club, MJQ), hosted & curated music for his radio shows 'Systamatic' & 'EclecDigs' as well as various events.
