Brian Glover is a witty country, rock, and comedy singer-songwriter in Lexington, KY who's been writing for 23+ years. His 1st studio album released in 2024, when he had 3 Josie Music Award nominations and was an International Songwriting Competition semi-finalist. During 2025, Brian is up for 6 JMAs and was a semi-finalist in the Unsigned Only Competition.
Detours along the way to prevent pursuing music full-time inspired many a song for Brian, who is a retired Army National Guard Veteran. He served as an analyst and public affairs (photographer/journalist) with deployments to Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kosovo, has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business from Eastern Kentucky University, traveled the US running marathons, was married twice, and endured lots of life challenges, just to hit some highlights and low points that inspired him.
Writing music is Brian's outlet for coping with life and sometimes being silly to find humor in things, singing everything from alternative and Christian rock to more of a classic country sound, though he's recording some rock songs as well when opportunities arise which will hopefully end-up his pending Yesterday is Gone album eventually. Let Go, a country/Americana album is also due in late 2025.
Brian's played shows up to 6-hours around Kentucky and surrounding states. He records mostly at Oakwood Studios, Beaird Music Group, and Perfect Image Recording.
