Brian Pierce

Brian writes about the raw realities of day-to-day life and the struggles we all face. "I hope my songs can serve as a source of strength and comfort for anyone navigating a difficult time." Brian's love for music started as a kid, singing along to everything from Cher to Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' (thanks to Wayne's World), and grew up on the ballads of Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, and Michael Bolton, then fell hard for the harmonies of *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and 98 Degrees. After meeting his wife and becoming a born-again Christian in 2003, he discovered Christian music and eventually joined his church's worship team. Living with stage 4 Sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disorder affecting his lungs, liver, spleen, eyes, and heart, makes long studio sessions and live performance incredibly difficult. Brian writes every lyric himself, records his own vocals to set the melody and emotion, then uses AI tools trained on his own voice to help finish what his body physically can't. He still mixes and masters every song himself and at times layers his real vocals back in throughout the songs. "I don't know how much time I have to make music, so every song matters." His words, his voice, his melody, and his hands on the final mix. The tools just help him get to a finished product that his body, with the breathing and heart issues, physically can't get him to on his own right now.
