Bridgette Hammers

“God Let Your Voice Be Heard, Your Breath Be Felt, and Your Light Be Seen” This is the prayer that Emmy award winning, Bridgette Hammers, prays every time she leads worship. She hopes that God’s voice would be heard, that his healing breath would sweep across the room, and he would be the center of focus.

Her heart's desire is to disappear when leading worship. When Bridgette opens her mouth to speak and sing of God’s goodness, words of thankfulness come to life as she ushers in an atmosphere of worship for all to encounter the presence of the Lord. She has a call on her life to minister through music and takes this responsibility seriously. “God uses you every time you lift your voice” and “You have no idea how your music and voice have connected me to the Lord” are testimonies she hears often.

Bridgette is a freedom fighter against human trafficking and is fearless in her pursuits to bring awareness of this modern-day slavery which impacts millions of women and children across the globe. Her single “Voices Rise” was created to bring light to this very dark reality. She has been invited to lead worship and sing at countless charity and educational events to bring awareness against trafficking.

“Seeing people find freedom in God inspires me,” Bridgette says. “Stories of triumph through a hard journey encourage me. I love to see lives being transformed in the presence of God in worship. It is a passion I can’t shake.”
