BRIE is the Indie Folk-Rock progression of singer-songwriter, Gabrielle O’Brien, taking influence from the likes of Jade Bird, Hozier and Florence and the Machine, she seeks to develop upon her previous single releases, “Alone” and “Too Much”. Her lyricism is a modern portrayal of dark, intimate and vulnerable emotion, powerfully delivered with her band to create eloquent, heartfelt and relatable music that is unmistakably BRIE.
She has taken a more mature approach to her writing, addressing issues of mental health and societal pressures experienced by us all in one way or another. This instinctive empathy she has is empowering for any listener and is there to provide a sense of security and help people come to terms with their emotions, relationships or modern everyday life.
She will be releasing a series of defining singles throughout 2021 along with an array of live performances that will see her reputation build throughout London, and throughout the U.K.
