Bring Upon The Dawn was originally conceptualized in 2017 and brought to life in 2018 by guitarist, producer, and primary songwriter Dakota Robinson.

What began as an instrumental bedroom project soon evolved into a bold creative force. Early releases like Tunnel Vision, Detachment, and Invasion showcased the project's raw vision—laying the foundation for a sound that blends intensity, atmosphere, and emotion.

In 2022, the band began experimenting with new directions, releasing “Puppet” and “Black Hand” as test tracks. This marked a period of exploration, but it was the release of “Odium” that first solidified the identity of Bring Upon The Dawn. With "Odium", Bring Upon The Dawn found a true proof of concept—capturing the haunting aggression and immersive atmosphere that would define the project's sound moving forward.

That sound reached a new level in January 2024 with the release of the debut EP “INITIUM”, a milestone that encapsulates the emotional weight and sonic vision of the project—dark, immersive, and unapologetically honest.

Now entering a new chapter, Bring Upon The Dawn is focused on refining its sound and expanding the creative vision. With a relentless drive to create and connect, the band remains committed to its evolution—both musically and as a presence in the alternative heavy music scene.

The journey is far from over. This is just the beginning.
