Brisa

Brisa is a Peruvian artist who brings the soul and depth of her Latin American roots into conversation with the improvisational language of Jazz and the intimacy of Folk. Her sound began to take shape while studying music in London, where diverse influences met the echoes of her heritage.

Deeply connected to Latin American lyricism, Brisa’s music weaves together elements of Folklore, Jazz, and Magical Realism creating a sonic world where the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

In 2025, she released ‘Del Mar y Sus Recuerdos’, a Jazz-Bolero EP that drifts between memory and longing, a collection of songs from the past, where the ocean becomes a metaphor for love, loss, and the passage of time. Now, she is unfolding her next chapter; a project infused with folkloric textures and the storytelling magic of Magical Realism.

Brisa has collaborated with musicians across the UK and is a member of Tomorrow’s Warriors, a UK organisation fostering emerging jazz talent.

In 2026, she brings her poetic and intimate universe to La Linea Festival, opening for the acclaimed Sílvia Pérez Cruz in London.
