Broken Saga

Anthemic, euphoric, emotional bass music is what the colorful world of Broken Saga is all about.

Launched in mid-2021, Wisconsin-based musician Chris Eichhorst began this new project after facing many eye-opening experiences and complex challenges over the years. Brought up with a classical musical background, electronic music production became his newly discovered passion during his time in college, leading to the next 11 years of his life becoming dedicated to honing his craft and finding his unique sound.

Sonically ranging from wave music, to melodic dubstep, to future bass (with major influences from old school trance and acid records to modern day EDM frontrunners like Porter Robinson, Seven Lions, RL Grime, & Skeler), his focal point for each song is based on the emotions behind his own personal experiences with relatable life situations and subject matters including relationships, isolation, and finding your place in the world. Visually influenced by classic anime (Cowboy Bebop, Akira) and video games (Halo, Wipeout, Pokémon), he built this inclusive and exciting new world while reminding that no matter how crazy life gets, there’s so much more in it to explore and experience.

His journey officially began with his debut release dropping on Jauz’ highly prominent record label Bite This! as a part of their 100th release compilation album.
