Brooks Huntley embodies the spirit of country music through his blend of classic story-telling, impressive musicality, and John-Mayer-like inspired guitar sensibilities. Brooks is the grandson of a lifetime professional blues musician and byproduct of the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, TX. He started playing downtown Austin bars at 12 years old and built his craft with influences from Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, and John Mayer. His soulful tenor voice has been heard from ‘Dirty 6th’ in Austin, to Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe, where he was invited to sing his song ‘Roots Now’ by hall of fame songwriter, Liz Rose.
