Brown Flying is a three-piece alternative rock band consisting of Us Nilpan (Dio) as lead vocalist and guitarist, Tanavit Pongcharoen (Na) on bass, and Jesadapong Kaenkomol (Tae) on drums. With a striking aesthetic, they create alternative rock music characterized by powerful and raw sound, and complemented by their distinctive vocals and melodies.
In 2012, their debut single ‘หลง’ [Lhong], released under Believe Records, became an instant hit, followed by more catchy tracks like ‘กลัว’ [Afraid] and ‘รักที่’ [Raktee]. Those set up Brown Flying's reputation in Thai alternative music scene, especially their captivating live performances.
Later, the band embarked on a journey with another music record label, What The Duck, releasing their first full album, ‘Survive’, in [2016], which showcased intense lyrics and music. They were on tour from place to place, impressing audiences with their energetic gigs. After the tour ended, the band’s original drummer (Note) was replaced by Tae.
Recently, they amicably parted way with What The Duck and return to work with P’Fhun, their close producer once they were with Believe Records. They are now starting the production for new album, ‘Surreal’, set to be released in mid-2023.
