Born in Aberdeen, Bryn was brought up with a passion for music which stemmed from his parents love for bands like Jethro Tull, Meat Loaf, Dire Straits, Queen and Rory Gallagher.
He first picked up a guitar at eight years old and by age ten spent his days locked in his bedroom learning to play his favourite songs by Muse and Green Day.
By the time he reached his teens he had found a passion for heavier music, which continues to this day. During this time he joined a number of bands and after various recording sessions and shows these projects came to a natural end.
It wasn't until he was in his twenties that he found his calling. Blending influences from Iron and Wine, Frank Turner, Myles Kennedy, Chuck Ragan, Brian Fallon and Frightened Rabbit, he had finally found his sound.
Bryn's unique mix of lyrical storytelling and vivid imagery, alongside his aggressive, "no bells and whistles" style of acoustic guitar playing combine to make a truly mesmerising live act.
Currently putting the finishing touches to his debut EP, this will be something you won't want to miss.
