BUENOVENTURA is the alter ego of Bernhard Hammer. Besides drum computers and synths, he experiments mostly with his guitar, coaxing rhythmic patterns and glitchy sounds out of an instrument not primarily associated with electronic dance music. As a member of Austrian techno band Elektro Guzzi, this unique and rather unconventional approach has become his trademark sound.
