Bumps are a Portuguese garage rock band formed in Coimbra in 2021.Their sound is composed of energetic riffs and depressing
lyrics taking inspiration from bands like Joy Division, Nirvana, Arctic Monkeys, Liily, Bloc Party, Pretty Vicious and SOFT PLAY.
They are composed by the Lead Vocalist Silas Sequeira, Bassist Fred Biscaia, Drummer Catipanga, Rhythmic Guitar Chico Baumberg and on the Lead Guitar Joshua.
Their new Ep 'Summer Despair', includes tracks such as Tides, Feeble Star, Bubble. Using lyrics related to the sea, it captures a melancholic feeling that turns into anger when the song hits its peak. 'Summer Despair' was recorded and edited by Bite Records - Independent Record Label from Coimbra, PT.
