Burning Cities comes from Hämeenlinna, Finland, and has been active since 2012. The band draws heavily from traditional band playing and old school record making methods combining these with some of the modern ways of making music. Most of the songwriting and arranging is influenced by heavy and hard rock of the 70s and early 80s. Every bandmember also bring their own flavours to the mix, were it a hint of alternative rock from the early 90s, bits of psychedelic rock from the 60s or a touch of art-rock from the 70s.
