The idea for Burrbank was created in 2017 by four friends that met in high school. The name was given to them by Stanford Lin, (Beijing American artist). He encouraged Mostyn to produce & The Noble Savage to rap.
In 2018, Mostyn & The Noble Savage officially formed Burrbank with RP Supreme and Debbie joining shortly after. All of them met in high school and began making music.
The group now harnesses an experimental sound that draws inspiration from hip/hop and trap with sometimes divulging into R&B and alternative. Influence is gained by the multicultural DNA of the group.
