Born on 13 May 2005 age 20, Rinae Calfornia Mavhunga better known as Busta de Djay from the nickname ‘Rubsta de Busta’ is a South African Music Producer/Artist/DJ from Tshepisong, Krugersdorp, he experienced several difficulties early on that helped to define his ambition and love of music. Lacking means and financial problems as he was growing up drove him to cultivate a self-reliant and resilient attitude. Early difficulties like these fuelled a strong wish to employ music as a way of expression and healing, for both others and him. He started exploring sound and beats in his bedroom as a means of dealing with the obstacles he confronted, hence beginning his path into music. Having little resources, he learned music production on his own and leveraged any instruments he could come by. Busta de Djay's music is essentially a wish to uplift and cure. His music shows his aim to offer hope to those who could be going through difficult times. Rinae has frequently said that his music is a way of giving back to the world assisting listeners in dealing with their own issues, as he once did rather than just an art form.
