Edward Aguilar "C.Towner" hails from the Beautiful City of Corona, CA. C.Towner comes from a family of music lovers, his grandfather was a musician in the 40's and 50's. His Mother would sing in the local church in Corona when they were young. Edward gives his musical genes credit to his Grandfather and Mother and his Uncle Pastor Jesse Reyes, Senior Pastor at Covenant Life in Corona, Ca. His upbringing was all family with 5 brothers and sisters and though it was rough and always faced challenges to join the neighborhood street gangs. His Father was from the neighborhood in the past so he tried to keep Edward out of the street life and although his father tried, Edward always found his way back to the neighborhood but music had another path for him to take. As he got a little older he started singing in church and started learning more and more and began to lead worship at times. At the time C.Towner knew this is what he wanted to do with the talent God has blessed him with. C.Towner also gives credit to these men who have the most powerful voices in music history. David Ruffin, Otis Redding, James Brown , Levi Stubbs, Wilson Pickett, Bobby Womack, Marvin Gaye.
