CABIN FIVE has always been a band riddled with problems. The music we made has echoes of our struggles, victories and losses. We had several shots at making it into a more mainstream audience but every chance fell on its face. We never had any help promoting or anyone to take video or photos. Being a 3 piece band with a vocalist that was also the drummer seemed to put us at a disadvantage, and having no frontman made the band less lively during performances. With the addition of Dave Pfister on bass we had finally found our sound.
In August of 2025 we lost our brother and guitarist Chad Egeler. It's our privilege to have our music be heard and have his memory live on.
