"Music as music was ever meant to be. Stories from the author's perception. Written with the sense of purity and emotion."
This is how Cairo writes his songs. Normally, Cairo tends to be reserved. But in his lyrics and melodies, he is more open than ever. The fragility of the piano and strings, and the fullness of the drums and guitars makes for a combination that is unique in today's music industry.
From artists that occupy the current charts like <a href="spotify:artist:0hEurMDQu99nJRq8pTxO14" data-name="John Mayer">John Mayer</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:4GNC7GD6oZMSxPGyXy4MNB" data-name="Lewis Capaldi">Lewis Capaldi</a> to timeless icons like <a href="spotify:artist:3PhoLpVuITZKcymswpck5b" data-name="Elton John">Elton John</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:1dfeR4HaWDbWqFHLkxsg1d" data-name="Queen">Queen</a>. That's what Cairo likes to listen to on his record player. Despite listening to these artists recreationally, his original music sounds completely different.
When a relative gave him his first small, plastic-soundig keyboard at the age of 10, Cairo's love for the piano never stopped. Due to his impulsiveness with short-term interests in many previous purchases and wishes purchased by his parents, he was not allowed to take piano lessons. But still, through trial and error, he managed to become more dexterous behind the piano in his own way. As he always likes to say; "You can't make mistakes, even if you have no idea what you're doing. When you write a song, you're in the middle of emotions. The story writes itself, so does the song. If it doesn't work out, now is not the time. Don't try to manipulate the story."
