It all began with a rescue dog who quietly rearranged my world. Through her, I discovered a love so pure it erased hurry, ego, and fear. Since then, everything I write has been a reflection of that awakening — calm, tender, and true.

I don’t chase perfection or permanence. I just listen — to the quiet between thoughts, to her breathing beside me, to the soft hum of the universe.

I go by Canaan Skye, but really, I’m just Markos — someone who believes that love, in its simplest form, is what we’re all made of.
