Capadose

Humphrey Dennis, formally known as Capadose, is an Amsterdam based producer who has an unique approach of translating an artists musical vision in a distinctive way. His collaborative efforts have continuously put him in positions of acclaim with plenty of major brands looking to use his music for their campaigns.

Humphrey Dennis and Zanillya officially formed the group @MariaDennis in 2020 to get out some of the more playful, fun, dance and pop-oriented ideas that don'’t necessarily fit their solo projects. Their sophomore single 'Hold On' is out now on Future Classic (Flume, SOPHIE, Hayden James,) compilation, Shelter In Place.

Last spring Dutch artist Akwasi released his sophomore album "Sankofa". The project features a production made by Humphrey Dennis. The single called "Stew" is also accompanied by an amazing video which was shot in Ghana.

Beginning of this year Humphrey started his new solo project. The themes of sonic and emotional exploration are amplified throughout his work and all aspects of his craft. Humphrey has a sound that is always evolving and open to new sonic experiences in terms of production.

His upcoming debut EP is the current example of this artistic evolution.
As an artist his aim is to create art that inspires self-reflection while at the same time bringing joy and a sense of connection.
