Capella Music

Capella Music is an ambient/neoclassical music project by composer C.B Born in Jönköping, Sweden. Started playing guitar when he was 15 years old and fell in love with it directly. He started listening to <a href="spotify:artist:6UUrUCIZtQeOf8tC0WuzRy" data-name="Sigur Rós">Sigur Rós</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7MSUfLeTdDEoZiJPDSBXgi" data-name="Brian Eno">Brian Eno</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1csBgT42N4pPPs1HJhxXIK" data-name="Thomas Newman">Thomas Newman</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6kBDZFXuLrZgHnvmPu9NsG" data-name="Aphex Twin">Aphex Twin</a> in early 2000s and became completely fascinated by their soundscape. But it would take almost 20 years before he started his own music project. Capella Music started in early 2020 as a hobby and then later developed to be a more serious project.


Capella Music creates deep melancholic music somewhere in-between ambient and neoclassical music, combining guitars, piano, drone beats and orchestral elements.


After several years of exploring Spotify playlists finding music heroes like <a href="spotify:artist:2VZNmg4vCnew4Pavo8zDdW" data-name="Max Richter">Max Richter</a> <a href="spotify:artist:4W3fa7tiXGVXl3KilbACqt" data-name="Gustavo Santaolalla">Gustavo Santaolalla</a> <a href="spotify:artist:7E3BRXV9ZbCt5lQTCXMTia" data-name="Ólafur Arnalds">Ólafur Arnalds</a>, Capella Music were able shape his soundscape.
The music is also inspired by esotericism and philosophy, especially questions about life and universe. The main purpose is to evoke thoughts and feelings about the riddles of life.
