Captain Deep is an experimental, ambient and electronic project born circa 2015 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, founded by producer Hernan Marques de Almeida.
Captain´s first EP - Into the Deep - was released in 2016 with the help of audio engineer and DJ, Fernando Lavaselli. Into the Deep is a space journey spiced with dreamy soundscapes, cozy acoustic guitars and beautiful melodies.
In 2017 Captain releases his first album: The Lemon Deal, an eclectic art piece, mixing all kinds of sounds and influences: synth, dub, sci fi, chill out, ambient, electronic, space rock, trip hop. All genres mixed in order to create a unique sound. The Lemon Deal has also the vital collaboration of bassist and producer Facundo Matteoli adding deep grooves and catchy melodies to the album.
