Captain Destroyer is the moniker of Dermot Thomas Conway. Hailing from Derry in Ireland, he has been creating music across a wide variety of genres since he was 18. He founded his own label “Pipenose Recordings” in 2002. He has toured all over the world, with his most recent 2022 “Let’s All Go F@@king Deaf Tour” being a phenomenal sellout, ending in Spain to rapturous reception. His latest singles “Iberian Summer Nights”, “Hispania Dawn” and “Cordoba” are a tribute to his recent Latin adventures. Released to critical acclaim in the summer of 2022, they convey a sense of sensual sonic muscular maturity from an artist at the very top of his game. Captain Destroyer also has his very own critically acclaimed, award winning radio show “Captain Destroyer’s Electric Dreams”. With each sensational new episode uploaded weekly to Mixcloud and a heaven for open minded music enthusiasts hungry for new sounds and great music of all genre from all around the world, whether brand new or a crate digging delight.
