Capt.Dyse

Ayobami Fayoyin professionally known as Capt.Dyse is a Nigerian rapper, singer/songwriter & record producer currently based in South Africa. He grew up in Ijebu-Ode, a town located in the Ogun State in Nigeria.

Before deciding to pursue a career in music, Capt.Dyse use to spent most of his time drawing and as a result ended up enrolling in a National Diploma course for Fine Arts at the Yaba College of Technology in Lagos.

In 2015, he relocated to South Africa where he began working on his music professionally. It was only in 2018 where he would his debut single " Mary Jane" which was succeeded by " Monday Money " featuring the USA based rapper Yung6ix

Capt.Dyse started gaining the ears and hearts of many listeners when he dropped " 100 Summers " with the award winning South African rapper Emtee. He would later go on to drop his much anticipated EP " Suppa Trappa " & " Suppa Trappa 2 " in December later that year.

The Nigerian artist has managed to make a name for himself through his dynamic artistry and zestful approach towards his music and he plans to take it to a global stage. " I feel as if now is the time for us Africans to go out there and pursue our dreams and what we believe in", Capt.Dyse stated.
