CardNoire is the pseudonym of a native Angeleno recording artist, singer, songwriter and guitarist.
A teenage infatuation with rock music led to his first foray in the music world, playing around the city with his high school band. In 2017 he released his first EP “Intensity” (no longer distributed). Influenced by a love of vintage punk, blues-based rock and indie, the EP received some critical acclaim but balancing work and school proved difficult to yield a truly successful release.
A brief stint in music school led to an appreciation for more complex jazz and world music. And upon diving in further, an affinity for neo-soul, alternative hip-hop and progressive metal and hardcore.
